Cancellation Policy

At Ivy & Mira, your order is important to us — and we do everything we can to ensure it’s processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.

WHY CAN’T ORDERS BE CANCELED?

Once your order is confirmed, it’s automatically sent to our fulfillment team to begin packaging and preparing for shipment. This process starts almost immediately to help prevent delays, especially with international deliveries.

Due to this fast-moving system, we’re unable to intercept or cancel an order once it has been submitted — especially if it has already been fulfilled or is in transit. At that point, the package is with the carrier and on its way to you, making changes or rerouting impossible.

WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM?

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the item:

  1. Allow the package to be delivered.
  2. Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order by following our standard return process.
  3. Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue your refund accordingly.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

We’re unable to cancel orders due to incorrect sizing, a change of mind, or shipping delays — especially after the order has been dispatched.

Please double-check all order details — including product selection, size, and shipping address — before completing checkout.

If there was an error in your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. While we can’t cancel it, we’re happy to assist with the return process or explore other options like store credit or partial refunds (when applicable).
